Innovation at the Tremblant ski school, the Flaik system, launches this winter with most children in ski school fitted with a GPS armband that makes it possible to locate the children in real-time giving greater peace of mind for parents. In addition, it is possible to re-examine the day spent on the slopes at home seeing the trails the child has skied.
Mont Tremblant Resort will kick off the season with early winter's hottest event, the 24h of Tremblant December 11-15. More than 1000 skiers and riders will take up the slopes during the 24 consecutive hours, attempting to repeat last year's extraordinary feat of raising $1 million (Canadian) for sick and underprivileged children.
